After launching a
broadcasting career some 30 years ago in Painesville, Ohio at WBKC 1460AM “Real
Country Music”, a career that has taken many wonderful places, I’m happy to say
that I’m back home.
Home is in Mentor, OH
with my wife and three children. Being a husband and a father is the most
rewarding thing I can possibly do, but working in broadcasting is a close
second. No other career can bring you closer to more people at any given
time. After working in major markets for major corporations and having
fun hosting TV shows, bringing a smile to your face with a song or a line or
keeping you informed and setting a positive tone for your day each morning on
WKKY is the mission now.
What do I like?
Race cars, motorcycles, coaching my kids in sports and being a member of the
community. I’m a Browns fan (critic). Indians, Cavs and Ohio State fan
too. I love High School sports and if time allows, I might pick up a golf club
and go about abusing tara firma.
Let’s have some fun.
Join me weekdays 6am to 10am for Mornings in the Country on 104.7 WKKY.
