The pop star wore a full-length Cowboys themed dress during her hosting duties.
Kelly Clarkson didn’t try to hide her Cowboys fandom while hosting Thursday night’s NFL Honors awards ceremony.
The pop star wore a personalized Cowboys dress, with the top being a bejeweled jersey, while the bottom skirt was donned with various Cowboys players’ names.
Even though the Texas native is an avid Cowboys fan, that didn’t stop her from poking a bit of fun at her favorite team, starting with their struggles in the playoffs in the past few years.
“Did y’all know there are more playoffs, like after the divisional round?” Clarkson joked. “As a Cowboys fan, I thought y’all stopped doing that in the 1990s.”
The broadcast panned to Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and linebacker Micah Parsons, who was slapping his knee from laughter.
The Cowboys haven’t made it past the divisional round since the 1995 season, when they last won the Super Bowl. They’ve lost six divisional games since then, including January’s loss to the 49ers.
