The winner of the Super Bowl MVP LVII award will carry that distinction into the rest of his career, even his life. From contract negotiations to speaking appearances to even Hall of Fame debates, being voted on as the best player on the game’s biggest stage carries with it huge rewards.
Led, of course, by Tom Brady’s five MVPs, five players have won it more than once. Terry Bradshaw and Bart Starr won it in consecutive years. But one winner in each of the last 56 NFL seasons carried the distinction into the following season. Here’s a list of all of them by year and Super Bowl.
