The San Francisco 49ers might have rested during wild-card weekend, but there’s no bye week for Kristin Juszczyk.
Juszczyk, the wife of 49ers All-Pro fullback Kyle Juszczyk, went viral over the weekend for designing creative NFL apparel worn by a few celebrities, most notably by pop star Taylor Swift.
“Pure joy just to see her get that recognition,” Kyle Juszczyk told reporters in the 49ers’ locker room on Tuesday. “She’s been grinding for years now. She’s been working so hard. I was so happy to see her get her stuff out there, everybody see it and people recognize that was hers.”

Swift donned a Juszczyk masterpiece—a custom Travis Kelce jacket—to the Kansas City Chiefs’ wild-card win over the Miami Dolphins on Saturday. On Sunday, actor Taylor Lautner wore a Detroit Lions jacket that Juszczyk designed to watch their win over the Los Angeles Rams.
Juszczyk has been designing custom NFL apparel for years and wearing her own creations to 49ers games. Earlier this season, she made a custom Brock Purdy jacket for receiver Deebo Samuel to support the quarterback’s MVP case.
Each piece takes hours upon hours to finish.
“Some of those jackets, she probably put like 20 hours alone into a single jacket,” Juszczyk said. “There are times I’m waking up, three or four in the morning, and she’s not even in bed. She’s downstairs, she’s working.”
So, what does Kristin have up her sleeve for the 49ers’ divisional round matchup against the Green Bay Packers this weekend?
“Honestly, I’m not even 100 percent sure what she has planned this week,” Juszczyk said [via NBC Sports]. “She’s brought the heat every single week, so we’ll see. I’ll be surprised as much as you are.”
