Sacramento Kings coach Mike Brown was fined $50,000 after his ejection against the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, the NBA announced Monday.
After his ejection and the loss, Brown brought out a laptop when talking to reporters during a press conference and broke down several clips from the game to criticize the officiating.
NBA vice president and head of basketball operations Joe Dumars said Brown is being fined for “aggressively pursuing a game official during live play, and for publicly criticizing the officiating,” in a release. During his five-minute film session with the media, Brown harped on the fact that the officials were not consistent with fouls throughout the game.
