Deebo Samuel will be on the field for the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
49ers coach Kyle Shanahan told the media Friday that Samuel was a “full go today” at practice and won’t have any restrictions heading into the NFC championship game against the Detroit Lions.
Samuel, who has been dealing with a shoulder injury that forced him to sit out the second half of San Francisco’s win over the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round, was not listed on Friday’s injury report.
Samuel told reporters his injury was more of a “deep bruise” than anything more serious. He sustained an injury to that same shoulder earlier in the season that forced him to miss three games, all of which resulted in three 49ers’ losses.
The 28-year-old caught two passes for 24 yards and returned one kickoff for 21 yards before exiting the win over the Packers last week.
