Former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch couldn’t contain his excitement after the San Francisco 49ers lost Super Bowl LVIII this past weekend.
A video shared on social media showed Lynch running around Las Vegas looking for 49ers fans to pick on. When he did run into a fan, he would deliver one short, profanity-laced message: “F— you.”
In the roughly minute-long video, Lynch went up to at least eight people asking if they were 49ers fans. If they said yes, Lynch would gleefully impart his NSFW comment and then walk away.

The 49ers entered their eighth franchise Super Bowl game on Sunday hoping to break their two-game losing streak, having fallen to the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens in 2020 and 2013 respectively.
As it turned out, that streak would be extended. In Sunday’s 25—22 overtime loss to the Chiefs, the 49ers suffered from a litany of unfortunate mishaps from an opening drive fumble to a defender’s freak Achilles injury to a costly muffed punt. San Francisco’s crushing defeat—coupled with the unsurmountable joy of cursing at sad 49ers fans—likely made Lynch’s day, as the one-time Super Bowl champ had previously battled his NFC West rivals for seven years during his time in Seattle.
